It features a direct emergency SOS Button that, when activated, connects you immediately to our team. From there, we can remotely monitor the user's heart rate and body temperature, detect falls using its built-in sensors, and communicate through the watch's integrated speakers.
In contrast to the majority of lifeline providers that only keep track of their users when they are at home, requiring proximity to their lifeline device to connect with an operator, our state-of-the-art technology empowers you to receive assistance whenever and wherever you need it with one touch of a button.

How DoesIt Work?

Should the service user encounter an emergency or require assistance, they can simply press their emergency SOS call button. A dedicated member of our call centre team will promptly respond by checking in to see if they are okay. Our advanced GPS system enables us to pinpoint the exact location of the service user anywhere in the world, while the lifeline pendant allows us to hear the ambient sounds in their vicinity.
