Role: Lifeline Responder
Role Description: Response 24 Medical Services is actively seeking lifeline responders to handle calls from our service users subscribed to our lifeline service. As a first point of contact, you will be there for our service users during their most critical moments. Your key responsibilities include answering emergency lifeline calls, reaching out to designated emergency contacts to inform them of incidents, and, when necessary, relaying information to emergency services to ensure prompt assistance for those in need. You will also be required to submit incident reports via our online reporting portal.
