The newly launched Lifeline Smart Watch is a uniquely designed emergency device that promotes your independence. Our specially crafted watch is monitored by our operations center around the clock. It features a direct emergency SOS Button that, when activated, connects you immediately to our team. From there, we can remotely monitor the user's heart rate and body temperature, detect falls using its built-in sensors, and communicate through the watch's integrated speakers.

Two-way SOS Call

The two-way SOS feature empowers service users to contact our operation control room without needing to be near a phone or connected to home internet. Our cloud-based phone system, integrated into our lifeline system, enables service users to communicate through our lifeline pendants, offering a superior alternative to traditional elder box designs. 

Remote Monitoring 

Our state-of-the-art virtual patient monitoring system, integrated into all of our lifeline systems, features an automatic assessment of service users every 10 minutes. This functionality ensures that every 10 minutes, our lifeline pendants monitor the heart rate of each service user. Should our system detect any irregularities, we will promptly reach out to the service user, their next of kin, and, if necessary, the emergency services.

Waterproof

At Response 24 Medical Services, we understand that many falls occur during showering. That's why we've designed our lifeline system to be waterproof, ensuring it can be used safely in the shower or while washing your hands or doing the dishes. 

48 Hour Battery Life

Offering up to 48 hours of battery life, our lifeline stays with you around the clock. Just charge it overnight next to your bedside, and sleep knowing your emergency lifeline is just a touch away.

Multi Network System 

Our lifeline system operates across multiple networks to guarantee that you remain consistently connected to our lifeline network. This means you can rest easy knowing that if one network encounters an issue, your connection remains secure.


Access Support 

For a one-time fee, we provide a secure, tested key safe for your property. Our service includes installation and a usage demonstration. We then securely store your key safe information, allowing us to quickly relay the code to emergency services if needed, minimising potential damage costs.


How Does It Work?

Fall Detection 

Utilising cutting-edge technology, our lifeline pendant is designed to automatically detect if the user has experienced a fall. This advanced feature will instantly activate an emergency alert within our operations centre and ask the service user if they are ok? If they press no, or do not answer we will promptly reach out to the service user through our two-way SOS calling system. Should additional assistance be necessary, we will promptly notify the next of kin and the relevant emergency services.

Two-way SOS Call

Should the service user encounter an emergency or require assistance, they can simply press their emergency SOS call button. A dedicated member of our call centre team will promptly respond by checking in to see if they are okay. Our advanced GPS system enables us to pinpoint the exact location of the service user anywhere in the world, while the lifeline pendant allows us to hear the ambient sounds in their vicinity.

Remote Observations 

Response 24 Medical Services is run by dedicated health care professionals who truly understand the significance of health and wellbeing. Our advanced lifeline pendants are equipped with innovative virtual observation trackers that conduct automatic checks of the patient's heart rate and body temperature every 10 minutes. Should our lifeline systems detect any irregularities, our operational control room will be promptly notified, allowing us to reach out to the service user to determine if they require any assistance.
